14 World Trophy and 12 Junior Trophy. This is the Italian National Team palmares at the FIM ISDE. Italian teams have won the World Trophy 14 times (1930, 1931, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1986, 1989, 1992, 1994, 1995, 1997, 2000, 2005 e 2007); and the Junior Trophy, ex “Silver Vase”, 12 times (1960, 1963, 1968, 1975, 1978, 1981, 1986, 1988, 1997, 2001, 2005, 2008).
In the year where organizes the centenary edition of the ISDE in Sardinia, the FMI has decided to reward those personalities who have contributed to the Italian successes in the Six Days. During the 5 Round of the “Assoluti d’Enduro” (Enduro Italian Championship) there were introduced in the Italian Hall of Fame 10 names, divided between most successful riders wearing "Red Helmets" and important personalities in the Six Days world.
Looking at the riders, the Hall of Famer were Fabio Farioli (1992, 1994, 1997 and 2000 ISDE winner), Gianangelo Croci (1979, 1980, 1981 and 1986 ISDE winner), Arnaldo Nicoli (1992, 1994, 1995, 2000 ISDE winners), Giovanni Sala and Mario Rinaldi (both 1994, 1992, 1997, 2000 ISDE winners), and Franco Gualdi (1979, 1981, 1989 ISDE winners), while regarding the most important personalities of the Italian Six Days have been awarded people such as the photographer Dario Agrati, reporter of 33 Six Days for the biggest sports Italian magazines, Clinica Mobile and Casa Azzurra staff.
