Golfo Aranci: a wonderful nature

Golfo Aranci is an ancient fishermen village set among sea, beaches and breath-taking view. The most beautiful corner is represented by promontory of Capo Figari, a huge habitat with typically smell and colors of Mediterranean landscape. From the top of the mountain there is a nice path leads to the Lighthouse where, in 1928, Guglielmo Marconi launched on of the first model of radio station. The landscape have been occupied since the nurages age, testified by Milis holy shaft. At the beginning of last century this amazing place surrounded by the sea were crowded from fishermen from all over Tyrrhenian sea. The promontory of Capo Figari is a natural protected area, where you have the chance to reach Cala Moresca, little bay sink into pine grove.

Giuseppe Fasolino, Major of Golfo Aranci and passionate supporter of 2013 FIM ISDE said: "We are plenty of enthusiasm for the Six Days, an extraordinary event that creates a lot of interest in the community, that's why we have promised the best availability to the promoters. Our focus is working on the tourism trying to value in the best possible way our roots, identity and features”.
